🔒 HPM Mobile Detailing & Valeting – Service Policy
Effective Date: 28/07/2025
1. Booking & Deposits

All bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

A non-refundable deposit may be required for larger services such as full details or paint corrections. This will be clearly communicated during booking.

We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings if no deposit is received within 24 hours of request.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations (within 48 hours) may result in the loss of your deposit.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the booked service.
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash or Bank transfer.
4. Vehicle Condition
-
Prices are based on average vehicle condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or staining may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to decline services if the vehicle is deemed unsafe, contains hazardous waste, or cannot be cleaned to a safe standard.
5. Water
-
We are mobile and can work with our own water.

If working on private property, please ensure we have safe and legal access to the vehicle and space to work.
6. Weather Conditions

In extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, high winds), we may need to reschedule your booking for safety reasons or to maintain quality.

We will give as much notice as possible if this is the case.
7. Photos & Marketing

We may take before and after photos of your vehicle for our portfolio and social media.

If you’d prefer us not to share images of your vehicle, please let us know at the time of booking.
8. Damage & Liability
-
We are fully insured and take great care with every vehicle.
-
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage caused by poor-quality previous repairs, paint, or materials.
